First, the application range of the slitting machine:

3. Used for strip metal coil, such as strip steel, stainless steel, copper... It is mainly used in steel processing plants to determine the steel market operators, steel rolling manufacturers, electrical industry, automobiles, stamping parts and so on.
Second, operation precautions:
1, the use of the process should always pay attention to observe the normal operation of the parts, there is no difference in sound, once it should be stopped in time, find the cause and eliminate;
2, ultrasonic correction, manual mode before the start of the material in the center, check whether the correction controller is in automatic mode before the start of the work.

3, slowly speed up when starting and look at the upper and lower knives. The gap should not be too large, too large will have a rough edge, too small will damage the blade.

4. When adjusting the knife, the upper knife should be locked when the distance between the upper knife and the lower knife is 2~3mm, and the upper knife should be aligned with the middle of the lower knife edge slot and then lowered to avoid the upper blade touching the lower knife. When adjusting the knife, it is necessary to lock the upper tool holder, so as not to loosen the upper tool holder, resulting in skipping the knife when cutting.
5. Note: The machine should be grounded before use to prevent electric shock.
Third, daily maintenance:
1, the lead screw refueling hole once a day, remove the lead screw, blade, tool holder, tool holder, sliding guide post on the foreign matter, dust and oil.
2. Lubricate the transmission chain and gear once every half month, check the screws to prevent loose damage to the machine.
3. Check whether the chain and transmission belt are loose every month.
4, the film, drawing roller does not work should mention the high level should not be pressed on the active roller, so as to avoid deformation. When cleaning the laminating roller, it should be cleaned with neutral detergent, and it should not be scrubbed with gasoline or rosin water to prevent premature aging.
5, when not working, use towels or soft cloth to scrub the surface of the machine to keep the machine clean and clean.
6. When the machine is idle, oil seal the screw, blade, cutter holder, etc., and oil rub the electroplating parts to prevent rust.
