Imagine losing any one of your limbs permanently or even two for that matter! You can’t, right? God forbid, even the mere thought of it makes you think that your life will come to standstill and you’d be good for nothing.
With the advent of science and technology, prosthetic parts are available. This has made the life of amputees – humans or animals – less painful and less miserable. This is like – losing a limb or being born without any is not a disability anymore and it doesn’t make you any less able than others.
However, it is not same with animals. They can’t think or speak like humans, which doubles their misery, pain and discomfort. But technological advancement has lessened the pain of amputee animals.
WittyFeed brings you a series of images taken by different photographers to show how prosthetic body parts have made life easy for animals.
